New book from our American colleagues

Bruner, John Clay, DeBruyne, Robin L (Editors). 2021. Yellow Perch, Walleye, and Sauger: Aspects of Ecology, Management, and Culture Springer Fish and Fisheries Series, Cham, Switzerland Vol. 41:1-402 pp.

Springer's Fish and Fisheries Series Vol 41 is based on a symposium of the September 2020 150th American Fisheries Society's annual meeting. Twelve of the 29 presenting groups to the symposium entitled, "Biology, Management, and Culture of Walleye, Sauger, and Yellow Perch: Status and Needs," are publishing their results in this book. The first four chapters are on Perca flavescens. Chapters 4 to 10 gives information on Stizostedion vitreum. Chapter 11 has the restoration of  Stizostedion canadense in the upper Allegheny River watershed of New York as the topic. Chapter 12 "International Importance of Percids: Summary and Looking Forward" is by co-authors Robin L. DeBruyne and Edward F. Roseman.
