Opening and stripping female pikeperch

Every 4 hours after closing/sewing up the female you need to check if she is ready to spawn by opening the wire that is preventing the eggs to come out naturally. The purple wire is put on place when buttoning the fish in order to easily open the double knot. When the fish is ready to spawn the eggs will run out under slight pressure on the belly, sometimes immediately after opening. When ready, gently take the female in order not to lose to much eggs and strip the eggs by softly pushing the eggs out. Make sure there are no eggs left inside, left over eggs can make recovery more difficult for the fish.
